We manage sourcing, orders and logistics through our trusted network of suppliers, ensuring each element arrives smoothly and on schedule. PROJECT COORDINATION & SITE SUPERVISION

As the project moves into the implementation stage, we coordinate with contractors, suppliers and installers to ensure the design is executed accurately. Our role is to oversee the process, manage communication and keep the project aligned with the design vision.   • Before work begins on site, we coordinate with contractors, review costs and finalise all design details. This stage ensures everything is aligned and ready, reducing risk and creating a smooth start to the project.

  • During the build, we work closely with contractors, suppliers and specialists to ensure the design is implemented as intended. We manage communication, monitor progress and resolve details as the project develops.

  • The final stage brings everything together. We oversee installation, styling and finishing details, ensuring the home is complete, cohesive and ready to be lived in.
